Aviva Fisher Rosenberg
Ms. Rosenberg is a 2000 cum laude graduate of Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois where she also received a certificate in health law and served on the Journal of International Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 1997, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brandeis University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Ms. Rosenberg practiced healthcare law on an exclusive basis for a large Chicago law firm. Ms. Rosenberg's practice has focused primarily on healthcare fraud, abuse and compliance; provider reimbursement; provider licensure and Medicare/Medicaid participation; and contractual issues.
Ms. Rosenberg is a member of the Illinois, Chicago and American Bar Associations as well as the American Health Lawyers Association. Her publications include: "Imaging Ventures: A Legal Primer," Health Care Law Monthly, February 2001, p. 3.
