Brian D. Grubb
Mr. Grubb obtained his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia in 1999. He was awarded his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in January 2004. Prior to joining the Law Firm of Sullivan Stolier Kovata Knight LC, Mr. Grubb obtained invaluable experience as an associate at a boutique intellectual property law firm in Chicago, Illinois specializing in business formations, transactions, contracts and litigation. Since joining Sullivan, Stolier, & Resor APLC in April 2005, Mr. Grubb's practice primarily focuses on healthcare business formations and transactions, healthcare litigation and general health law. Mr. Grubb is also admitted in the State of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
